What is the Opportunity? "I see that our children will walk into the future, and WE must do our very best to assist and prepare them. One powerful way is Rites of Passage. As our children draw out of us the Highest and the Best. We are growing with them. We must open our eyes and all of our senses with every resource possible to our inner world so that we can meet the outer world as whole Human Beings. If you have a teenager between 12 and 15 years old, your opportunity to say what is in your heart and truly BE HEARD is at hand. In addition, you must hear your child and they must know your hear them. In this type of setting with a gathering of families with teens, magic happens.

1. THE CALL: Realize something is changing. This is often is a painful experience. 2. THE JOURNEY: Identify what is changing and what "never changes" and is Eternal for Yourself. 3. REINCORPORATION: Emerge to your life and community anew. "Tools of transition" are not taught in school. The first conscious transition is puberty. Let's take up the opportunity to mentor our youth through experience when the parents can be involved. This is it, parents, do it now if you care to do it.

WHAT IS A RITE OF PASSAGE It is an opportunity to stop, have a breath, acknowledge a change, use the "tools of transition" and to renew. We can be reborn to Ourselves. Every 7 years, every cell is renewed and different that the years before. We may as well gather with community, go to nature, do some art, and let ourselves Be Heard and supported with loved ones. Such is the opportunity, in the cradle of Our Dear Earth. WHEN DO WE NEED A RITE OF PASSAGE? At ages: 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 54, 61, 68, 75 Birth, with mother and child The 7 year old family: Completion of basic organ development Visits from the tooth fairy At activation of puberty and fertility At the end of fertility and reproductive time of life, wisdom years.
